   Paul K. Melhus, President

In 1983, Paul co-founded the educational software company, Ingenuity Works. During his 16 years experience at Ingenuity Works, Paul handled the business, financial and marketing aspects of the company.

As well, Paul helped conceptualize, work out the pedagogical design and develop the human interface for several of the company's products - most notably the Crosscountry series and All The Right Type, a keyboarding instruction program. Both products are used extensively in the school systems of North America.

Paul has a BSc from the University of Alberta and received his MBA from McGill University in 1983.

In his spare time, Paul can be found skiing, working out at the gym or developing the program for his barbershop chorus, the Vancouver Thunderbirds. Paul sings bass in his church choir. Most evenings, you can find him teaching entrepreneurship at the BC Institute of Technology.

You can contact Paul at   e-mail: pmelhus@artsinfoweb.com

   Dave Vincent, Director of R&D/Operations

A co-founder of Ingenuity Works, Dave has been responsible for all elements of the design and programming of the company's products - most notably the Crosscountry series and All The Right Type, a keyboarding instruction program. Both programs are used extensively in the school systems of North America.

In the early years at Ingenuity Works, Dave programmed all of the companies products using assembly language. As the company grew over the past 16 years, Dave's role changed to design, quality control and management of contract and in house programming staff.

Dave studied Electrical Engineering and Music at McGill University.

Dave is an accomplished musician - he sings lead in the a capella quartet, Wildcard, is the director of Vancouver Thunderbirds barbershop chorus and can play the trombone (although his lip is a bit out of shape).

You can contact Dave at   e-mail: dvincent@artsinfoweb.com
